1. What’s the meaning of your company name?
‘MW’ is the abbreviation of Multi-Win.We supply what we specialize in,and ‘Win for all’ is the top principle in our business practice.
2. It’s first time for us to cooperate with you, what are your primary competitive advantages?
We have been in this line for more than 40 years, our group has been developing steadily based on product performance, prompt delivery, best service and business reputation.
3. What’s the minimum quantity of an order for your products?
A trial order is accepted.
4. Is your price competitive?
We assure that you can’t buy the same products from some other places at a much lower price in China.
5. I received your quotation, but I do not understand some of the terms you use. What is CIF, FOB, T/T?
CIF is Cost, Insurance and Freight. FOB means you cost freight on Board, China port, our delivery port is Shanghai. T/T is the abbreviation of Telegraphic /Transfer or wire transfer.
6. What’s the payment method you accept?
With new customers, our usual practice is that you must pay 30% in advance by T/T, the balance paid at sight the copy of the B/L.
7. Why I need to pay up advanced?
That's one of the main reason we can keep our price lower than others. We save the money for credit check and dealing with frauds. We are not sure which company is honest, though your company will never default. We also accept sight irrevocable L/C and this payment has very small risk for both of us.
8. Can I put my brand name on your products instead of your own brand name?
Yes. Many dealers sell our products with their own brand name. Some have designed modifications to meet their unique needs. We welcome OEM orders.
9. Can we get product catalogs?
Not at this time, our best catalog is this website.
10. Can we get samples by mail?
Yes. But we require you to meet certain qualification criteria before sending you a sample. It is at our discretion whether or not a request is accepted. When we decide to send you a sample, we will pay for the sample but you must pay for the shipment. So when you request for samples, please inform your preferred courier and courier account number so that we can send you the samples in time. And you are more likely to get quality response from us if you provide the following information: your job title, contact phone number, fax number, company website URL, business type (agent, buying office, consultant, distributor, importer, exporter, manufacturer, trading company, wholesaler, and retailer) and something about your company.
11. How can I become a dealer in my area?
If you have a good sales network, you may apply for a dealership. Your current experience in sales will be advantage for you. We choose qualified and reliable companies as long term business partners. We suggest you to investigate information about the following issues before applying for: the current size of the market/the main distribution channel(s) for the product/the major brands and suppliers already in the market and others.
12. Are all these products made by yourself?
Yes. Our Group has 4 sub-factories, one sale company and more than 10 copartners. MW Industry Group is one of the most famous exporters and producers in China.
13. How can I get more information when my questions are not answered on this page?
